People don't often get into nonprofit for the big bucks, right? It's not for, you know, they're not looking to be the next Mark Zuckerberg going into nonprofit.

It's usually because they deeply care about the mission.

They deeply care about the population they're serving, um, whether it be animals or whether it be, uh, their local community or the national community.

There's this deep caring, which is, sounds great, right? Okay, deep caring.

We're all good.

But unfortunately, the opposite side of that is of internal or external voice.
