Um, we presented some of our emergent learnings from our rental model, um, in terms of implications for charity retail.
27:01
So, um, we're really interested in how to get those good quality garments that people have hoarded in the back of their wardrobes that they feel that are too good to give to charity into circulation, into a circular, um, retail model.
27:18
Um, so our project's focused on, um, occasion wear, um, because those are garments that tend to be high value, maybe spent a lot on them, but low utilization, so they're maybe not worn as much.
27:33
Um, so it's the sort of thing that you maybe need to access, but you don't necessarily need to own, um, taking up space, um, in your home.
27:41
So we have established a retail model where those donations then get sold through Worthwhile Wardrobe, but then get re-donated back in to maximize the value of the donation for the hospice through multiple points of sale.
