And what is Tides of Change? And tell us a little bit about it.

So Tides of Change is a programme I developed for women who have struggled with trauma, struggled with very difficult childhoods and just don't understand trauma, the impact of their childhood experiences, don't understand maybe domestic violence, relationships, patterns, behaviours.

And a lot of the women I meet really don't love themselves.

and are really struggling with how to love themselves.

So with that in mind, I do a psychoeducational piece.

So each week there will be a topic that we will self-love in one of the weeks.

And we look at that and we get their ideas and we talk about it.
