And so two years ago, or maybe two and a half years ago, we were fortunate that, you know, we're very close to YC.

Like, YC changed my life, and I keep a lot in touch with some of the partners there.

Uh, one partner in particular I'm super close to is Jared Friedman.

And w- there was just so much excitement in the world of technology that you started seeing these young companies and what they were able to do.

And slowly we started seeing companies saying, "Hey, I can automate this thing in freight that's never been possible before," like voice AI to negotiate with carriers or taking all these unstructured emails and their PDFs and making sense of them.

And so for over two years, we just started embracing that, like, hey, these new startups could steamroll us even though we're a young startup, and we should take-- we should try to be a design partner.

I'm curious, like, what's the type of mission and culture you're building internally? How does that change with AI, and how do you k- nurture and grow people internally?
