Yeah, so XRecruiter is probably my hallmark company that I started with a co-founder in 2022.

We kicked that business off.

So we'd been in recruitment for six years prior to that and we were running our own recruitment agencies.

And then we thought of, we saw a business model done in real estate where you're helping real estate agents start, run and grow their own real estate businesses.

And we thought, shit, I spoke to an investor who'd invested in one of the companies and he says the first person who does this in recruitment will be wildly successful.

And then so I called up my mate at the time and I said, dude, we've got to do this.
