And that's what I'm finding, like

working with my clients just now is, is the values and the pausing.

Like you just said, they're pausing and assessing because life's so busy.

If you're a business owner or you're in a role or whatever it is, you're always busy just doing life and you never pause to, to overlook everything and assess.

So yeah, that's where I found the value straight away when I started working with my coach was that pause and that being able to speak for one or two hours about just my life.

Because I've spoke with people before and they're like, oh, no, I could speak to my friend about that or I could speak to the missus, but it's not the same.

It's not like if you speak to your coach multiple times a week, voice notes you're in deep deep conversations focused solely on your life and in the direction of your life that is far different from having a chat with your mate and it's also it's not on your mate to advise you to advise you on like hours of deep thought on your life that's not what a mate's about so you can you can kind of discuss things with your mate but that's not what it's for so I found value in coaching instantly.
