And I'm just wondering, has there been any indication from the school board regarding the sale of Sunnyside School to Los Osos since the election? No.

Well, I can't answer that because I'm not part of any negotiations.

Negotiations are between the CSD.

understanding is that there is an agreement, there is a framework for the sale of the property, how it will be paid for, because obviously we don't come up with a chunk of money all at once.

It's going to be paid for over time.

And so they have that all sort of lined out in terms of, let's say, like a memorandum.

But now the real work is shifts from the coalition to the Los Osos CSD, where they will begin doing due diligence and spending money on doing inspections at the property to really look under the hood, if you will, to see what the exact status is of the property so that they know exactly what they've got to work with.

What would you say are the aspirations to turn Sunnyside School into Sunnyside Park? What are some of the goals to have happen right off the bat or within a reasonable period of time?
