So it's always just thinking about small steps so because sometimes it's very uncomfortable to think about and it's overwhelming to think about a huge task that you have or a huge goal that you have in front of you and so like for you I'm sure you know people are like I want to cut all the sugar out of my life and so um as somebody who has been there and is still embracing sugar like it's my best friend because it is um It doesn't have to be like we talk a lot about all or nothing thinking, which I think is a huge overlap between your practice and my practice that, you know, you can create a clean slate like that could just mean having a neat.
