And you're one of the best examples I've seen, and I hope a role model for others, because we're at a time where we need more grassroots education that people can connect to, not just inside their salon, but in their communities.

You know, coming out of the pandemic, you know, I felt, you know, so blessed to be able to work with, you know, our state of Ohio.

I chaired the, you know, return to work task force and worked with 30 salons to get back to it.

So, gosh, we went through so much back then.

But if there had been no base one, there would have been no ripple.
