Must be tremendous benefits versus a residential cruise where they know they've got you stuck.
12:34
Absolutely.
12:36
And we get asked that a lot is why not just live on a residential cruise? But a residential cruise line, they buy the ships that the commercial cruise lines retire.
12:47
So what you're buying into is a really old ship and you're paying just like a condo, you know, where you pay dues to keep the ship running.
12:56
And, you know, anybody who's bought a car, if you have an old car, you're going to pay a lot more maintenance than a new car.

Because I know, obviously, raising kids, you know, and then, you know, doing that in an early age, and then finding out about cruising and saying, you know, one day, I'm going to retire, there had to be in a career path and some goals you had to be able to get to that point.

10:57
So that forced me to go to college.
10:59
And I was not a person who ever enjoyed school.
11:02
But, you know, you do what you have to do, right? So I managed to get a bachelor's degree in three and a half years.
11:08
And that was after that in 1995 is when I went on the first cruise.
