And then, uh, I was about to turn 50 [laughs] and, and suddenly things got a lot more real.

And, um, I looked at my shelf and I saw What to Expect When You're Expecting, I still had from when my kids were born.

Uh, my kids were about to go to college, so I had lots of those guides.

And I didn't find anything out there that really touched...

You know, we've already talked about healthcare and retirement and, uh, uh, dementia.

So I, I wrote down the questions of the things that people face in the second half of your life, and those became the chapters of the book.
