As leaders, we need to promote the ethic and to provide continuity of our forefathers and mothers who knew the value of water and how important it was.

So we have always had the water conservation ethic.

And I think as leaders, we just need to continue to share that message.

And this project on UNC is a perfect example of beautiful landscape that we can have in Colorado and use limited water.
