And so, uh, all of that to go back to why is this kind of method so important, especially in rural communities where you mentioned that risk of having so much to do, of wearing so many hats, of burning out, is sometimes much more prevalent than it may be in other areas?

So letting go of committees and three-year dedication to serve on a committee, good God, don't do that.

And so I would love to know, are there specific stories of ideas that didn't work in the communities that you've seen, and the learnings that came out of that, that what some might see as failure was instead an opportunity to learn something?
