It- it's actually a two-parter on 24-year-old Mitrice Richardson.

She was arrested in September 2010 at a Malibu restaurant after she couldn't pay the bill, and then hours later she was released from custody in the middle of the night.

No car, no cellphone, no ride waiting for her, and we talk about it all.
