And a lot of the fault of the existing governments that are asserting jurisdiction lies within how they've constructed that organization.

We never surrendered our promises to the Great Lakes, to the water.

And as a matter of fact, in Ontario, the 133 chiefs in Ontario actually said, we are reclaiming that jurisdiction for the sake of the water.
