What separates the ones that say they're veteran friendly versus the ones that actually are doing that well?

That question in particular, like a lot of organizations will put that they're veteran friendly out there.

And there's organizations that will say, yes, you are.

And it's not that they're not.

They mean well probably by it and they want to make sure they hire veterans.

But there's a lot of little things you can do.

When you go to the career page and when you type in, if you're looking for a job and you go to whatever company, XYZ manufacturing company, and you're looking for an assembler job, You put an assembler or whatever that is in their search bar.

You're doing your part.
