Can you kick off a little bit and just tell us a little bit about yourself, how you got involved in the independent film industry? Maybe when did you first realize you had the desire to do your own movie?

A long time ago, actually, but it took a long while to get here.

Early 2000s, I was writing for various magazines, mostly action film magazines and Hong Kong movie magazines.

I was really into martial arts and kung fu movies as a kid.

Okay.

Yeah.

yeah and then i started my own uh magazine up and i got asked to go and interview a guy in uh scotland uh and he was making independent movies um really kind of low budget no budget really um and uh he was kind of tributing uh jackie chan really he was kind of doing like a jackie chan style movie so um i i I went up there to, I went up to Scotland to interview him and he said, do you want a little role in the movie? And, um, we, we did a fight scene and, uh, I spent four hours getting beaten up really.

Can you give the audience a rundown of what the movie's about?
