And we're just going to talk a little bit about like the struggles that you think are talked about the most and openly women in GI, and also what other struggles you think are still happening behind the scene and women are ashamed to talk about it or scared to talk about it.

Yeah, I think that we've had a lot of discussions about the pay disparities.

Everyone knows that.

This isn't shocker to hear that we get paid, you know, 20% less than our male colleagues for the exact same training.

And you come out of the chute.

And I know that y'all talk about negotiations a lot here.

So I'm not going to beat that dead horse.

But also, how do you make this balance in between work and, like, navigating kids? If you have kids, navigating your part, you're being outside of work, etc.? ?
