And so the question that I have for you is, is how did your experience running when you were younger shape the runner you are today and got you back into it? I'm trying to connect those two stories for us.

Oh, I just, you know, I had a passion for running and I took a long gap.

I raised my twins.

I got my master's degree.

So, you know, coming out of the military and that's the huge gap is raising kids and getting them in the right direction, you know, and then dealing with health problems in between.

That's the huge gap.

I'm about, I'd say I picked it up six years ago, you know, After everything had kind of leveled off, I hadn't really been able to run much up until then.

It's tough to have fun at a hundred mile race and finishing 32 hours.
