... we are together all the time, and a lot of it is in passing, or I'll be driving down the road and I'll say, "Hey, look this up." Like, here's something that I've looked at 1,000 times.

It's never really entered my conscience, and now that I'm looking at St. Louis in kind of a new way, then I'll just shoot it to Jay via text, and then he'll take a deep dive, and we'll come up with kind of the content, and then we work out the angles together.

And he will usually take the first pass because everything's really coming from the visuals that he can find.

And so as we were helping the homeowner prep and present the home, Jay was in the background helping us do a video specifically on Ridgewood.

And what was really interesting, and I love the way that this panned out, is the video on Ridgewood was not specific to the home, but we linked to the home in the bio.
