What were they and have you?
5:11
Yeah, I'd say the biggest thing I've done to get better in college is not necessarily stuff on the field.
5:17
I feel like I've always been good at working hard.
5:20
on the field and doing everything I'm supposed to football wise but I think the best thing I've gotten at is off field stuff being mentally prepared and the film room and rehab wise and keeping my body maintained because I feel like it's a reason I used to get injured a lot in my first couple years my first three years I had a bunch of injuries and I could barely stay on the field and I think that's one thing I really learned is how to keep care of my body now and keep healthy as much as I can and also while keeping in that film room and knowing what to do every single play
6:02
What's a good route, running a good route, and running a bad route?
6:06
Honestly, a good and bad route is, honestly, if you're first off, you've got to be running the right route so the quarterback knows what you're doing.
6:14
Obviously, I think the biggest aspect is creating separation as much as you can from the defensive back and obviously getting as open as you can.
6:24
I mean, pretty much the biggest deal is separation and selling whatever you're – selling the opposite of what you're actually running.
24:21
So how can your role increase, and why did you stay with Southern Miss?
24:24
I'd say the main reason I'd say it was probably Coach Anderson.
24:28
I talked to him at the end of this last season before he even became head coach, and I told him probably the main reason I would stay is if he became head coach.
24:37
Oh, really? And that happened very shortly after, and – I'd say that's probably the main reason I stay.
24:43
And then I've also built a lot of great relationships over the past couple of years at Southern Miss.
24:46
I've been there for four years, maybe a good season there at Southern Miss.
24:50
And I've built a lot of great friends and family over the past couple of years.
25:28
What's it like playing football in Hattiesburg?
17:26
How are you a better football player than the guy we would have seen come out of high school years ago?
17:32
I've talked about this a few times today with other people.
17:36
I just feel like I've become a lot more comfortable in myself, really just off the field and with the stuff I'm doing off the field.
17:43
Mentally, I'm just a lot more in tune to the stuff in the film room and playbook-wise and really know what's going on in the field every single play.
17:51
And then also being able to do rehab in the training room and weight room and knowing really...
17:56
I guess body specific of what I need to take care of because I really didn't know that super well at first and it caused a couple injuries my first three years and it caused me to miss a lot more games than I should have and I feel like it's a place I've gotten a lot better in because I've always been at working hard on the field and doing everything right and football wise but really the off the field stuff is where I feel like I made the biggest jump over the past five years.

25:02
How has he helped you become bigger, stronger, and a better wide receiver?
25:07
Yeah, I love everything he's doing, and I enjoy being around him outside of strength and conditioning even every single day.
