So information privacy, that is information that's recorded in a digital or an analog form, The main law governing that in Australia is the Privacy Act.

There are various state and territory pieces of privacy legislation.

They really apply to the private sector, so we're not talking about the basketball space here.

So, yeah, I guess that's my question and that's where I'd like more conversations to be happening within clubs and state national sporting organisations is the education piece and putting more emphasis there if these technologies are just going to keep coming.
