[laughs] Oh.
37:54
I shouldn't, you know, but it does.
37:56
It...
37:56
I, I hop on there, everything, all the electronics are pretty easy to work out.
38:00
Getting your phone hooked up was a little bit of a mission.
38:03
Um, but we got going.
38:05
There's only three levels of traction control.
JeremyHOST
39:05
How have you found it, though, coming into corners? The brakes are pretty sensitive and, and it does like to drive the power all the way through.
13:10
What's the sort of process that you go through or you recommend going through when it comes to looking at these pilots? Is it sort of look at your entire sort of supply chain of your event and will you find the first biggest problem and see how you can fix it? How do you sort of identify where to do those POCs?
13:27
Well, what we wouldn't do is do an end-to-end process for an event as a pilot because, again, that would be like trying to boil a nation.
13:35
So what we do, we break that process we break the process down into its constituent parts.
13:41
So let's do that quickly now.
13:43
Let's do a very, very simple way of doing it.
13:45
So let's actually say, well, before you put an event together, what you need to do is you need to put some research together.
13:52
What's the location? Where is it going to be? How does it fit the audience? What are the brand essence that you want within this event or this experience? We would then look at the research tools that would help you get all of that information together for your proposal.

19:48
I guess, what's a common thread when it comes to the secure part that people are sort of getting wrong, in your opinion?
0:07
Listening does not create an advisory relationship.
0:11
They made lots and lots of money off of sugar and off the labor of enslaved people, and then left Barbados and c- came to Philadelphia.

10 MINS LATER

David says that much of the wealth we have in the Philadelphia Quaker community can be traced back to cruel, unjust, and inhumane origins.
10:06
Many of the leaders of Quakerism have come from very wealthy families.
10:11
Of course, Philadelphia was founded by William Penn.
10:15
Many of the leaders of Philadelphia in the late 1600s were actually people who came from Barbados.
10:22
They had left England, made their way to Barbados, and quickly became deeply involved in the sugar plantation and in the economy of slavery.
10:32
They made lots and lots of money off of sugar and off the labor of enslaved people, and then left Barbados and came to Philadelphia.
5:25
From a hundred repetitions, what are the challenges and problems and upsides do you see most often?
5:29
often?Well, I think the most obvious one applies to every SME.
5:33
It doesn't matter whether it's an events industry or not, but it's the founders being stuck in the weeds basically.
5:38
And I think it takes a long time [chuckles] and a lot of revenue to get beyond that, and for a founder to trust the people around him or her to do the jobs that they're meant to be doing.
5:48
But we always say that at the head of a business, you have a founder who's the sort of, kind of the visionary, and it's his idea.
5:52
And then underneath that you have your sales and marketing function or sales and marketing function, your ops function, and your HR admin function.
5:58
And you have to have all those bits in place to function as a business.
10:19
A diagnostic review is our first offering." And then they get the pushback, the objection saying, "Can I just skip?" What do you say to your clients to reinforce conviction that it's necessary?
