26:10
Yeah.
26:10
So, so I mean, some of their, uh, their later models and innovations, I, I kind of balk at the price, that it didn't go down.
26:18
It didn't go...
26:18
It, it pretty much went up, and then, uh, the feature set did not really expand with the price very well.
26:25
And we lost a lot of, um, we lost a lot of personal choice and upgrade capability.
26:30
Like, uh, the battery became integrated, you know, a lot of different things.
26:36
Uh, there was a model there at one point, uh, I think every student I ever had had to send it back for repairs at one point or another.

16 MINS LATER

42:16
Yeah
21:55
Yes.
21:55
Uh, but it was, I don't know, it was like a $20,000 grant or something, and, uh, it included buying Echos for seniors in the community.
22:03
So it was really earmarked towards seniors, but that was fine by me because 99% of all the students I was working with anyway that weren't getting help from anybody else, like the Department for the Blind or Vision Impaired, um, they, they fit that, they fit that definition.
22:18
So, uh, we got all these Echos in, and we handed them out.
22:22
I'm going to people's houses, setting them up.
22:25
Um, all of that, doing training, you know, in classroom with them.
22:30
Uh, giving them, you know, large print materials for those that could use them, braille materials, you know, instructions.

11 MINS LATER

33:19
In fact, really, what, what feels genuinely new as far as Alexa Plus is concerned? What really to you differentiates it from the classic A Lady?
32:17
And, uh, he's here now to share some wisdom.
32:21
Well, hello, Steven and Shaun.
32:23
It's David Ward from across the pond, guys.
32:26
Been a little while since I've shared something with you, but I have heard about, uh, the A Lady rollout, the A Lady Plus coming to Britain, uh, Spain, uh, Mexico, I believe, Canada.
32:39
So, uh, this is definitely gonna be rolling out to more people soon, and I hope you guys get access personally very soon.
32:45
I know Shaun is anticipating that, even though I think bought hardware to try it out.
32:49
But anyway, I wanted to familiarize you guys with some of the new personality styles that are available.
AlexaSOUNDBITE_SPEAKER
34:31
Sassy contains explicit language and requires setup through the Alexa app.
21:39
Mm.
21:40
That was the, that was the closest thing I could remember to the scenario where they had the top two going at it in the last game of the season, but I don't think anything will ever, ever beat that.
21:48
Actually, the first person I went on the pitch at the end when we went on to do the player interviews, and I went straight to the York City goalkeeper who I'm in quite a lot of contact with throughout the week 'cause he keeps a massive record of all his clean sheets, and he's joint fifth in the all-time list for clean sheets for York City.
22:03
He was desperate to get in that fifth place by himself.
22:06
So Harrison Mealey was the first person I went to, and I was like, "Harrison, I am so pleased that you conceded that goal today because if you hadn't, you would have never have given us that ending."
23:16
And when you're getting excited as you are, sometimes I think you can lose yourself in the moment, and then all of a sudden everyone starts to look at you, don't they, because you're making such a noise.
23:25
[laughs] Yeah, I have to be fair, they were brilliant.
23:28
Absolutely brilliant.
4:19
From your perspective, and David, I'd love to start off with you on this, what is sort of the more s- most critical workflow or issue that needs improvement today a- a- and why?
4:31
Yeah.
4:31
It's a great question.
4:33
And, you know, in our experience, um, you know, working with our healthcare provider customers within our network, you know, the biggest thing we really see is the fragmentation that exists across healthcare, particularly, um, you know, from a workflow perspective that, that, uh, healthcare providers and their staffs are, are working in.
4:52
So, you know, in our research, i- it's not uncommon that we've seen that, you know, these users and these, uh, healthcare providers are sometimes going across nine different digital tools.
5:04
And that's not including, you know, the old ways of doing things like phone and fax, just to complete these access steps to get patients onto therapy.
5:14
And, you know, there's a lot that this fragmentation creates.
9:22
We're making a difference here"?
4:19

5:14
And you know, there's a lot that this fragmentation creates.
5:17
So you know, you know, number one is just, you know, increasing, um, administrative tasks, particularly around, like duplication of data, where a lot of-- we see a lot of our, our customers and our users looking into their electronic health record system and then copying that information over into a prior authorization form or into a benefits investigation.
5:39
And these things, um, you know, can create, um, you know, gaps in, in data and information and, you know, contribute to a lot of the clinician burnout that we all hear about.
9:22
We're making a difference here"?
