But when you're looking at that speed development aspect, what are some things that you're looking to drive with these guys? Because, you know, basketball players are a little different in that sense too, right? Where, you know, they, will they be involved and will they be, uh, custom to an, uh, into taking into things to doing that sure of course they are but you know when it comes to sprinting sprinting at times there's going to be guys they're going to turn and look and say yeah but eyeball so when you look at this where how do you bring the game into it and then how do you build the players up to be able to withstand these loads so that they can hold these max velocities high distance yardages and things of that nature so that they can have those great um Those great byproducts that you brought up earlier, the hamstring resiliency, the rate of force development and so forth.

Yeah, for sure.

I'll answer the second question first.
8:10
I mean, it's a typical, you know, short to long progression to get guys to hold it.
8:15
You know, so we start off with really some short, just straight ahead linear sprinting on the court.
8:20
You know, we'll do that for three to four weeks, depending on how guys look and respond with that.
8:26
And after that, our facility is really good.

Yeah, so then when we're looking at that, how do those differences show up? And does the competition run into the weight room as well?
