Why don't we learn about mortgages first?

Well, I think everybody knows what a mortgage is, but you are correct in the sense that I was a very active, what I would call real estate investor and very hands-on in the beginning.

I was young and dumb and whatever you want to say, right? But I did have some advantages.

I was a realtor.

I was a contractor.

I was over the years a property manager and owned a total.

I did all these different things, right? And I did accumulate quite a few properties, but then What kind of got me into the mortgage space was originally doing creative financing because financing got tight back then.

Would you tell us a little more about what you're doing now in commercial real estate?
