Yeah, well, the thing to know is that we do have an Impact Assessment Act, and this is a big piece of legislation that the federal government relies on to do environmental reviews, environmental assessments for projects that typically fall into the federal domain.

Things such as interprovincial pipelines, large oil sands projects, in-situ oil sands projects whose effects go beyond just Alberta or one province.

And so what the federal government has done in recent days is said that there is this project list of things that would typically trigger a federal assessment.

We are now removing all of these projects from this list.
