such a good point I think on that note you mentioned you know that there were a lot of students that came in and you know seen practice and had work experience from different avenues would that be your advice in terms of how people can build confidence with exotic species because I guess you need to see the case load right so you need to put yourself in a position where you're going to actually get hands-on experience with them what would your advice be for somebody looking to go into that

yeah I think it it's kind of twofold like there's some really good resources that are theoretical whether that be textbook um one of them my absolute favorites is a company called Lafeber which is an American company l-a-f-e-b-e-r They make some of the critical care diets called Emerade that we use a lot of, but it's also a company that's run by a vet family and their website is the company facing website, but they also have a subsection of the thefever.com slash vet, which is a treasure trove of online information and um free to access for veterinary professionals you just go on and sign up and we are talking webinars we are talking um questionnaires articles um instructional videos short courses um All completely free and all peer-reviewed and generally written by cert holders or specialists.

So, cert holders or diplomats and specialist nurses.
36:47
So, shall we call them? Especially, obviously, we...
36:50
We know we don't really have that in the UK.
36:52
We only have certain holders, but in the States, obviously you guys have the VTS system.

So you're about tech specialisms.
