And I want to dive into that now because the HEAT protocol is one that still relatively not solidified worldwide and and a lot of different types of protocols going around and different bits of advice and it always comes down to you know a lot of the advice out there is general health advice but maybe not specifically the best adaptations for athletes and we're seeing it you know kona hawaiian man world champs last week still getting plenty of athletes get it wrong you know and get heat adaptation and humidity adaptation wrong so take us through what have you learned and what what do we know for athletes so far what worked for you as your own case study and what do you think what's the best hypothesis out there at the moment

Mm-hmm.
42:33
Yep.
42:33
So it's, it's a really great question and the area is very interesting.
42:37
It, from a, from a health point of view, there's actually a lot of data from, from very, a lot of the Scandinavians have produced a lot of data about cardiovascular health and cardiovascular mortality relating to sauna use in particular.
42:53
And that's how I first sort of came to it was that, you know, I was noticing that, that information coming out that, And I can directly relate it over large numbers of people.
43:04
For example, in Norway, where every house has got a sauna, people have sauna once a week versus three times a week versus five times a week.

So can you tell us from that point of view, what have you learned on cramping and where are you leaning at the moment?
