So Aussies who listen to the evening news would be aware of it.

I want to get to house prices, but just off the back of that, because we're talking hot water, what's happening in the market for the rentals at the moment? Because I realize that there's a whole lot of shift in the market around property prices, but what's happening from the rental side? Yeah.
