What's your kind of thoughts and recommendations on documentation?
34:34
Yeah, so look, a few things.
34:37
So if you're going through one of these processes, I think it is write things that you obviously need to write down what's useful to you.
34:45
If you're an investigator, for example, it gets a bit tricky because unless you've got somebody in the room with you or you're recording, you're probably also taking notes.
34:55
But that other person's notes are going to be discoverable.
34:58
Your notes are going to be discoverable.
35:00
And by discoverable for um you know those listening to the podcast who haven't heard that term before discoverable just means that a court could order you to provide those documents and that you would be obliged to do so so it's not that you need to provide it to the person if they request them you know for example at the end of an investigation if somebody says i need all of your notes and i've got a right to get all of your notes no you don't unless a court's made and provide them with all of those notes.

How do you navigate that strategically from the side of lawyers and Mapian potentially?
