In the development of the integrated advisor, what are you doing, and what's changed in terms of the development of that ideal of an integrated advisor?

Yeah, I think it has changed over time, and I think it's for a number of reasons.

So, you know, when we first started out, I think there's a, there's, there's, the conditions on the ground were different.

I think the needs of clients and families was, uh, it was less sophisticated, less involved, less l- you know, there, there was just less.

And so you didn't need to be quite as broad, um, as M- as Michael was describing.

Uh, I think we've had, we had the advantage, some of us who, to grow alongside our families, if you will, and develop these capabilities as we went.

And people, young people today don't really have that luxury, if you will.
