I like building, whether it comes from building companies, which I started out as, uh, in the telecom world, transitioned to real estate to building apartments back when the crash happened from 2010.

Um, I like the Fairfax marketplace, that Miracle Mile, West LA.

Got a little bit of acquisitions out on the east side.
