Yeah.

I thought, "Well, it sounds cool.

It rhymes, and it even sounds cool." But then in 2009, what was going on? It was a, a, a tidal wave of foreclosures.

You know, it was just horrendous what was happening to families back in 2008, '99, and '10 with the, the, the foreclosure wave and stuff.

And so it was just a natural thing for my wife and I to say, "Okay, well what are we going to do in real estate?" We went to the three-day class.

"What's our method of buying houses?" And we looked all around at families, you know, falling apart, the banks, uh, uh, just violating all kinds of rules and not following rules, and thought, "How can we help people out and still make money?" So yeah, for us it was a really specific, you know, a real blessing actually that...

It's not a blessing that there was a tidal wave of foreclosures, but a blessing that we came in at that time when we saw it so prevalent, and so we went into it because of the need in the industry.
