I'm a therapist.

I'm a psychologist.

I've been doing therapy for a long, long, long time.

I won't tell you how long.

That would date me a little bit, but a long time.

But for the past, I would say, 10 or 15 years, something found me.

How do you differentiate between somebody who has narcissistic personality disorder, somebody with severe narcissistic traits, or someone who is acting in a highly selfish, self-serving way and on the defense because they just had an affair?
