A- and so what will people see if they're in front of you when you come swooping in from, from behind them?
1:54
Yeah [laughs].
1:55
Yeah, hopefully not too much swooping.
1:56
We're gonna be driving safely on the road still.
1:59
Um, there'll be a green beacon on the dashboard in most of our cases.
2:03
Um, uh, some will have it on the roof and, uh, roof-mounted.
2:07
There's also a, a little sign that's attached to the passenger visor that, uh, comes down and, and says "Doctor" with reflective, um, letters.
2:37
As an anesthetist, can you give us an example of an emergency or an, uh, a particularly urgent situation?
14:43
Why does that distinction matter so much right now?
14:46
I think this is the most important sort of fundamental issue that health systems need to grapple with, which is that our health systems have become sick care systems, and they are treating people off to the very late stage of their sickness.
15:04
So we've poured money into hospitals where people are treated, often in the last sort of six months of their lives, when actually the added value is not that great.
15:18
Whereas the origins of that sickness often go back 20, 30, 40 years.
15:24
And the focus in the future, I think, has got to be on keeping people healthier for longer.
15:30
I mean, I think McKinsey have recently done a study of all the OECD countries indicating that only 2% of the health budget goes on prevention.
15:40
The vast majority of it goes into late-stage treatment.

So how can we make sure that the AI we're building today is going to change the world for the good of the people?
