So when you started EastEnd, was it just the two of you or did you guys have people that were working for you?

So when we started the business, we actually had a third partner.

who was a multi-generational New York real estate family.

He was our partner.

Our kind of business plan was we were really, my partner and I were going to do most of the work and he was going to help us raise the money from his friends.

We did the first deal together with him.

And I remember the article comes out, his name is Richard Rubin.
