This book is really, in a lot of ways, it's Moses retelling Israel's history.

Moses has brought Israel to the edge of the promised land.

A new generation is about to enter it.

And the goal of the book, Moses is trying to, as this new generation is entering, Moses is trying to Remind them of who God is, of what God's done, of what he's asked and what he's commanded.

I loved to see you in the crowd there

Um, you know, he, Jacoby's such a great athlete.

He has got a fantastic coach, um, fantastic mentality.

Uh, he's just, he's just a great athlete.

And watching the warmup in the back before that race, I was, I told a couple coaches I was with in the stands, I think I was like, "Man, I think he's gonna do something really special here." When the first heat went and, uh, that was won by another great hurdler-

... that's, uh, you know, existed to this point, in my opinion.

I actually want to start a little bit before that, which is on the more strategic tracking end, where you think through what are the various metrics and points that I need to keep track of in this program? What are the metrics I need to report on for my funding, what are the kind of metrics I need to report to my local stakeholders, because oftentimes, those are not always defined at the beginning of the program.

And then when it gets time to reporting and tracking those outcomes, it's a scramble through the spreadsheets, we're looking through everything, we're looking through that Excel file called final, final, final, and we want to minimize the amount of that that's happening.
