11:13
Okay, okay.
11:13
Um, and so what had happened was a group of, of people from, based out of I think North Carolina, don't quote me on that, but I believe they were based out of kind of the North Carolina area, had filed lawsuit saying that this was put together, again, as, as a way to kind of skirt Magnuson.
11:30
The Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Management Act is the act that, is the law that governs all of fisheries, uh, throughout the country.
11:37
And so, uh, what they had done was they filed a lawsuit saying that this was really done in kind of a, and I'm using some words here that aren't my words, but you know, in, in a slipshod way to, to skirt Magnuson, to just have a, a broad open season with no real catch limits, uh, you know, nothing.
11:55
So at the last minute unfortunately, you know, went down to the wire, and a judge said ... had sided with, with the plaintiffs, if you will, and closed the season.
12:04
And the really unfortunate truth is that caused a lot of heartache, as you said, for charter fishermen that had trips booked, for hotels, for all this different stuff.
12:12
Um, you know, people canceled at the last minute.

24 MINS LATER

36:22
I don't know, b- maybe either or both.
22:19
What was it like?
22:21
Yeah, so it was in downtown Austin, Austin City Limits music venue.
22:26
It was great.
22:26
I would say it was half a media kind of press event and a half an employee appreciation event.
22:32
So there was honestly more employees, more engineers there than there were people like myself.
22:37
There was a bunch of people, you know, in wheelchairs, blind people like my father, like they were catering to the accessibility crowd as well.
22:45
And then It was just a little 15-minute speech, but it was great, you know, to have all the time to interact with the engineers.
24:06
How do you feel when you're in this thing? Tell me about your ride.
1:12
What brought you into Kind Waves? I've shared a bit in the, in the, in the bio.
1:18
Shared the main bit, yes.
1:22
I mean, the thing with Heli's suicide, nobody saw it coming.
1:26
She went right under the radar, and the police and the coroner were all absolutely bewildered and puzzled, 'cause as far as we were concerned, she ha- she had a lovely home life.
1:41
We did know she was struggling at school, and since then we looked at all sorts of statistics which have said that school, during school, children's mental health drops.
1:55
We knew she was struggling, we knew she was suffering, but not anything like the extent of taking herself out of life altogether.

17 MINS LATER

19:01
Or any school
19:01
... any school at all.
SpencerGUEST
8:47
Part of it may have been luck, but also the car is really smart in those situations.
8:52
another example with that we were in quebec and we went on the stretch of road that was probably upwards of 50 miles long that had absolutely no markings whatsoever no no speed limit signs no shoulder markings it was a two-lane road it must have just been freshly paved but um you know then fsd's haven't and it's in the pitch black it's almost you know it's 11 o'clock at night And there's no markings whatsoever.
9:15
You thought you were driving in third world country.
9:17
And then not only the top that.
9:19
And so the road closes for construction.
9:21
It takes us on this 45 degree dirt road to get onto the other side of the freeway going westbound.
9:28
So now we're driving on another unpaved road just with cones, falling the cones, and the navigation's freaking out because it thinks, you know, why are you going east on a westbound road? But the car held it strong.

46 MINS LATER

55:45
And the big question I want to leave you with, where's the next journey? Where are you trying to go all the way next? Are you going to go to Africa? Are you going to go to Asia? Where are you gentlemen going? Where are you taking the band?
