Why is there dust on this? Why are the magazines torn? Why is those women arguing with each other? Why are they discussing another staff member as if nobody's listening?'" All that sort of stuff.

Keep the patient elevated because tragically, in some instances, a patient can make up their mind that they're not coming back before they've met the dentist, even though they have checked in and they were all excited.
