In terms of yourself and, and the way that you then develop and build the teams, um, that, that operate under you, what is it that you look for perhaps beyond a CV?

You know, as we said earlier on, being a CDMO or pharma services, it's a very dynamic environment.

Um, you know, I think the only thing you can expect is the unexpected.

So I think, um, you know, you want people beyond, you know, having great qualifications, beyond being very smart people.

I think there's kind of four things that I look for.

I think, um, more than just the, the, the drive to execute, it's about, you know, how people are kind of grounding their decision-making during that, that, that execution.

So I think the first thing I would think about is, you know, is, is being do they make values-based decisions? Because when...

So to, I, I guess, to continue the theme of, of sort of looking external and, and bringing people into to Catlin, what is your view on the current talent landscape? How, how do you think things have changed?
