Um, I think we've, we've been very fortunate with Amy, uh, as our CHRO leading the charge.

David LloydGUEST
Um, good, good or bad, and I think it's a great thing, um, they are customer zero for our product, so in some ways, they're living on the edge of what we're building AI-wise, and they're very progressive in their thinking.

David LloydGUEST
So I think that's where Amy and her team really help drive us the right way as it relates to that kind of approach.

David LloydGUEST
Um, I think in the broader context, there's a operating group that includes myself, Amy, our chief, uh, uh, digital officer, uh, Carrie Rasmussen, as well as our chief privacy officer, and CISO.

David LloydGUEST
And because of our size, we're just around just under 10,000 people, we meet on a regular basis to make sure internal training, what's the velocity of that? How are we actually supporting our employees with more ad hoc but regular meeting groups to talk about what's succeeding and what's not succeeding? And I think a real important part of that, selfishly, on the product side, is how we go through this kind of circle of life from ideation all the way to delivery of product capabilities, uh, and watch how our own organization is absorbing them, where they're succeeding, where maybe they're not, and they need to be improved.

What, what are you seeing as, like, the common mistakes that cust- that those organizations are making on that journey, the sort of common pitfalls?

And for any business leader listening to our conversation today, and they wanna follow in your footsteps, they wanna make a difference and do things the right way, how, how should their organization build confidence that their employee data is being handled responsibly, especially when AI can influence every decision that can impact their career? A, a big responsibility again, isn't it?

David LloydGUEST
Um, I think there's been this mad rush for every organization to claim that they're using AI.

David LloydGUEST
It doesn't mean that you're using AI thoughtfully, which I think is the other problem, and that is the one that I'll probably hit on here more than anything else.

But if a CEO or HR executive is listening to us today and they're thinking about, uh, AI tools, what are the one or two questions they should ask vendors before making a purchase to try and determine some of the good solutions from some of the not so good, shall we diplomatically say? [laughs]
