Is that part of that journey as well?

Well, I think it's definitely part of the journey.

And you bring something up, and being that I talk about search engine optimization, which is now SEO, GEO, AIO, kind of like Old MacDonald's Farm, all the different AIOs, EIO, whatever.

But you brought up something really important, whether you meant to or not.

People are looking not so much at your website, though they are.

If it looks like it was built by a 12-year-old, they're probably passing.

They're looking at your reviews.

But then also we're slowly losing that connection piece, that human element, which is valuable.

So tell us a story.

So I do not have the usual business story.

I wanted to be a high school teacher.

And for various bureaucratic reasons, it didn't work out, had nothing to do with me.

And I realized I needed a pivot.

I knew I was really good at teaching.

And I went into tech support in IT.

But then what kind of future do you foresee?

How do you believe AI should actually be used to strengthen customers' relationships?

I believe that AI should be used where appropriate and where it's appropriate.

in most cases, is on the backside.

AI is great as a drafting partner.

It's great at editing.

It's great at doing repetitive tasks.

It's great at analyzing data.

So my background is that I've had a very varied journey that took a lot of twists and turns along the way.

I started off wanting to be a high school teacher.

That did not work out for various reasons.

Public school bureaucracy, we'll leave it at that.

Went on to work at a help desk.

And from there, I went through, you know, I grew in IT to being a project director at .com.

What inspired that message and why is it so relevant today?

So small businesses have an incredible advantage, believe it or not.

In large corporations, they are, there are rules that they have to follow, and they have, you know, policies, procedures, and they're, you know, stuck doing certain things.

Small businesses have the unique ability that they can work with the customer to provide better customer experience from the beginning of reaching out to the customer all the way through the process, and I really think that's important, because that is how businesses grow, and that's the secret advantage a small business has.

It has the advantage to give excellent customer experience.

You know, no small business is gonna c- beat Amazon, 'cause we can't compete with free shipping any day of the week.

But what we can do is you could remember a customer's name.

How important is it for a small business to be easy to find online?

So why has rehabilitation only recently emerged as a recognized specialty and what gap was it filling in veterinary care?

Well, I think when we look at rehabilitation or as we commonly look at rehab and physical therapy on the human side, it's actually not as old a profession as people think.

It really emerged more after the World Wars and the need for rehabilitation of the injured.

And within veterinary medicine, it has been around for probably 50 years in a more informal way.

But it has grown significantly over that time as we've learned more.

And in terms of a specialty, you know, it's only been recognized for about 15 years now, both for veterinary and veterinary technicians.

I think some of the gaps it's filling are certainly in our chronic patients, patients with chronic conditions that are non-surgical, conditions that negatively impact limb use and locomotion or athletic performance.

What's the mechanism behind it and where in neck or shoulder or elbow, soft tissue, joint, where does it show the most promise?
