So if you have a list of all of the buildings that are going to be foreclosed on, you can actually upload those into DealMachine and then it will give you directions to go visit all of those properties.

You can also... look at the condition of the property based on what the county assessor has given the condition the last time that they happen to drive by.

So not every county has that, but almost every county does have the building condition.

And that is a quick way if you don't know where to start and you also don't have time to drive around, you could use the building condition is like fair or poor or unsound.
