So, David, how do you think about that when you're going to market or is this just so second nature to you at this point in your career that you're just doing your thing?

There's a number of questions in there, so I'll try to pull them apart real quick.

So you have to think through systems.

So the one plus one equals 10 is because of a lot of relationship history, which I'll talk about last, and then the system's ability to do, to keep those conversations going with momentum.

And, you know, Grace is more tracking.

I mean, she's taking and synthesizing probably 30 to 40 meetings a week in the C-suite.

So I think people really misunderstand or just don't understand the level of commercial intensity it takes to get a company off the grand scale.

So it's the culture that he's created that allows all of us to really commit ourselves and invest in ourselves as well.
