Now, I know that you have spoken a little bit about your journey into private equity before, but can you just touch on that briefly so that we can work into, okay, what does that actually mean for your business now? How did you get here?

Yeah, so the first point to note or the first moment in time is 2019.

So it's that time because there's really two steps to this process, Kim.

There's the move from the partnership to the corporate model.

And that happened in our business in 2019.

Now, why did that happen? I would say, you know, a bit frustrated by the partnership model, short-term focus, focus on annual returns.

You know, we built a fairly significant business to that point in time and had a growth story moving forward.

Can you explain that?
