Well, my parents ran their own business many, many moons ago.

I was brought up with them running a business and brought up to believe customer's always right.

Now, obviously, there are some caveats to that, as I'm sure everybody understands.

But generally speaking, we treat all our clients as we wish we treated ourselves.

We've won British Property Award, which is based on our customer service.

We've won Esther's, which is done on customer reviews.
