Like, how did you get into, like, antiques, and then kinda, I guess, like, what is your philosophy on remixing them and using them in different ways in different spaces?
9:16
Yeah, that's such a, a great question.
9:18
You know, I'm, I'm happy that you noticed the continuity in some of the pieces throughout, throughout the book and throughout my spaces.
9:24
I, I really feel like if you see something that you love, you, you make a connection with that piece, and, and oftentimes it's not just with the piece but with the person that you purchase that piece from.
9:32
So there's a, there's a story behind, behind what you're, you're buying.
9:35
And for me, I take great pleasure in that.
9:37
When I buy an antique, I enjoy learning about that piece.

Yeah.
5:23
David, do you have any additional thoughts to add?
5:26
Yes, for me, this scenario is very similar as the one we had many years ago with low molecular weight heparins.
5:33
You can remember that we had different low molecular weight heparins, no head-to-head comparisons, but at the end, enoxaparin was the default low molecular weight heparin for the vast majority of patients based on the amount of evidence in different scenarios.
5:48
I think that something similar occurred with apixaban, and this was reinforced by the results of the COBRA trial.
5:56
Of course, I agree with Leina that though apixaban seems to be the treatment of choice for the vast majority of these patients with inostromal embolism, there are some special situations for which you might consider different direct oral anticoagulants.
6:12
For instance, some patients with compliance issues, they might prefer the use of once daily drug instead of BID drugs.
6:21
Or even for, I can recall, fertile women with metrorrhagia.

And maybe there are lessons either from you or Elena that we can learn for U.S. healthcare because we are still stuck with branded formulations and it's not very easy for our patients.
