So I took the view that most people will be well aware of the pros and cons of conventional treatment, mycophenolate, steroids, azathioprine, et cetera.

The hot topic, as you know, is cartesial therapy, and Dr. Pagan will discuss her work in a moment.

So I saw myself as the bit in between.

So there are clearly patients who don't do well enough on conventional treatments and for whatever reasons won't have CAR T cell therapy available.

A principal reason about that is that if you're going to make this CAR T cell therapy work for you, you have to have some serious expertise in oncology, in rheumatology, in immunology, in haematology on the site.
