Now, I don't suggest people do this like a switch, right? It's a dial, right? Because if you do it like a switch, inevitably it will break and you will be back in the engine room faster than you even started.

And that's what we call self-sabotage.

And that's the person who decided that building a business, having employees is a pain in the neck.

Right.

Because who wants to manage all those people? And that's their justification for why they never got self-managed teams functional.
